This is to advise that Governor Wes Moore ordered the Maryland Flag lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset, Thursday, May 8, 2025. This action is in honor of Petty Officer First Class Dakota Brown Collison of the United States Navy. Petty Officer First Class Collison is from Maryland. He passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2025.
